Yoga

Yoga is the science of right living and, as such is intended to be incorporated in daily life. It works in all aspects of the person: the

physical, vital, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual. Yoga aims at bringing the different bodily functions into perfect coordination

so that they work for the good of the whole body.


Kumareswaran Superamaniam conducts Yoga classes in TFA. He is a Yoga Master, Founder of Pusat Yoga Arogya and a practitioner

of yoga with a Teacher Training Certificate from Manasa Yoga and Asian Yoga Federation.  He has been teaching for more than 8

years to individuals as well as in corporations and also conducts training on Mind and Body.


TFA conducts regular Yoga classes for adults and children and organises Yoga retreats for deeper understanding of Yoga. The focus is

on sharing the application of Yoga beyond health but as a part of living a successful life. Our goal is to provide particpants,

opportunities to stay ‘Fit & Healthy and Help Many People to Achieve Excellent Health, Success & Awareness in life through Yoga

Practice’.
