Temple of Fine Arts

Art, just for the love of it

Established 40 years ago in 1981 by His Holiness Swami Shantanand Saraswathi,
Temple of Fine Arts (TFA) is a cultural institution where all arts, and the Indian arts in particular, are cherished, taught, practiced and offered back to the community just for the love of it.

Using new mediums to explore how art can push boundaries and create an impact with audiences, we hope to set the tone for the artistic exploration and innovation we want to continue delving into, and the greater heights we want to scale over the next 40 years to come.

TFA Faculty

TFA is committed to realising the dream and potential of every person and the relationship that they can build with the arts for themselves. Our dedicated and experienced teachers in the TFA faculty take it as their revered duty to serve that purpose, with the utmost love.

Subjects

As an academy, TFA has adopted an integrated approach to learning and is committed to providing a holistic environment that helps each student cultivate their own personal relationship to the arts. We offer classes in both dance and music.

Productions

TFA’s artistic endeavours have always been in the pursuit of transcending through the arts. For students, it could be in the gradual building of confidence through continued improvement or finding solace in being one with their art form. For the general public and its audiences, it hopes to share the love for Art and spark their experience of the sublime and ineffable magic that is Art, onstage.
